Has anyone got experience of cutting a product called Acousteel.

Acousteel  is constructed as a sandwich with a thin (0.05mm) energy-absorbing layer of viscoelastic polymer between two mild steel skins. The result is an audibly dead steel panel.(description taken from manufacturers website)

Material in question is 1.6mm thick. oI have been told that there may be a danger of 'flashback@ but I can't see why that should be the case. Any comments would be helpful.

Regards to all
