LASYS 2012 with a precise focus and unique synergy potential
LASYS, which will take place from 12 - 14 June 2012 at Messe Stuttgart, is already promising to be a successful event. The new sub-title "International Trade Fair for Laser Material Processing" highlights the intensified focus and is stronger clarification that LASYS is oriented specifically to the user. Consequently, there is unique synergy potential for visitors. Because for the first time ever the five automotive trade fairs organised by the British event organiser UKIP Media & Events Ltd. will take place in Stuttgart parallel to LASYS. O&S, the international trade fair for surface treatments and coatings – complements the trade fair offering.
"We have created an ideal win-win situation for both exhibitors and visitors by staging the events at the same time", explains Meike Mayer, Project Manager of LASYS at Messe Stuttgart. "For the visitor this means that he can concentrate on one trade fair location and at the same time obtain a wealth of information on various topics." Short routes within the modern trade fair grounds guarantee optimal visitor orientation between all trade fairs.
Focus on Machines, Methods and Services
There is a clear focus on machines, procedures and services, including laser-specific machine sub-systems. The unique cross-industry orientation and concentration on all types of materials is the trademark of the trade fair, which is taking place under the sponsorship of the VDMA (German Engineering Federation). The industry show appeals specifically to users and providers of laser material processing. The various target groups - from beginners to laser specialists - will be met with offers precisely where they are at. In Stuttgart they find an optimal communication platform to get to know the right providers and offers. Trends such as welding of plastics, surface treatment and composite materials are also popular. Advantage for the visitors
The automotive guest events "European Automotive Components Expo", "Automotive testing expo", "Engine expo", "Automotive interior expo" and "Vehicle Dynamics Expo" are taking place on the trade fair grounds in Stuttgart at the same time as LASYS 2012 and O&S 2012. LASYS visitors and exhibitors can visit all trade fairs free of charge.
