  The Journées Nationales des Procédés Laser pour l?Industrie (JNPLI) is the premier event in France devoted to introducing the latest innovations in the field of laser technologies and techniques. It is organised by AILU's sister industrial laser association in France, the Club Laser et Procédés (CLP). AILU members enjoy the CLP member rate and the event includes simultaneous French-English translation.

  This is a full programme for the 2012 Innovative Manufacturing Research Centre Conference 2012, which this year will focus on "Laser Based Production Processes". In addition to our 3 international keynote talks (from Germany and the US), there will be welcoming academic and industrial speakers from around the UK. These include speakers from the Welding Engineering and Laser Processing Centre at Cranfield University, the Centre for Materials and Structures at Liverpool University, and SPI Lasers, as well as many others.

  Fibre lasers: The next generation of sources & components
  This seminar will review the latest UK developments in fibre laser sources and their components and progress toward higher powers, and shorter, higher energy, pulses. This will include near term developments and a glimpse into future prospects for Joule level fibre lasers. This will be combined with discussion of application drives in precision processing and the current and future strategy for developing laser processing in the UK that will leverage the latest fibre sources.
