Compact by name, highly productive by nature

Star of the show at the forthcoming Trumpf In-Tech 2010 exhibition is the new TruLaser 3030 whose space-saving credentials are enhanced by the addition of the LiftMaster Compact automation solution to help customers achieve maximum productivity utilising minimum space. This is the first time this combination will have been demonstrated in the UK.

This new generation laser which incorporates single head technology, combines increased axis speeds with fast metal processing over the entire range of sheet thicknesses (up to 25mm) and eliminates downtime for head exchange. Trumpf Fastline – a standard feature on this machine – smoothes the transition between piercing and cutting, reducing processing time by an average of 20%.

At In-Tech 2010 Trumpf will demonstrate the cost - and time-saving benefits of automated laser processing on a range of different materials as well as demonstrating the latest additions to their range of software - TruTops Fab, Monitor and Calculate.

Trumpf software products and solutions provide ideal support for all sheet metal work. In addition to solutions for sheet metal design, programming systems and proposals for complete production control, Trumpf can offer customised products all of which can be discussed with software experts during In-Tech.

Visitors are invited to see a wide range of Trumpf technologies at In-Tech 2010 from 11th – 13th May, an event that will primarily focus on the merits of automated production. Anyone wishing to attend should register online at the address below or call Gill Ledgerd on 01582 399211.
