ES Technology focus once again on TCT

Following the success of last year’s exhibition, where significant interest was shown in the LaserCUSING® process from Concept Laser, ES Technology as exclusive UK distributor will return to TCT in 2010 as a key contributor.

Latest developments in LaserCUSING®
Since the initial introduction of LaserCUSING® technology, products as diverse as mould tool inserts, exhaust manifolds, turbine blades, medical components and high end automotive parts have all be produced using this process. LaserCUSING® is increasingly being used to manufacture components direct from CAD, including final production parts, in a growing range of steels and light alloys.

Amongst the latest developments by Concept Laser is the, soon to be launched, M1Lab machine which will take the technology and the ability to directly build metallic parts into new areas including the jewellery and dental prosthesis markets. This new machine is designed with smaller component sizes in mind and has a build envelope of 80mm x 80mm x 80mm, dimensions that are ideally suited to the new target markets. The M1Lab will provide the capability to build fully dense metallic parts in Stainless Steel, Cobalt-Chrome and Precious Metals, with further new developments on the horizon.

Visitors to ES Technology’s stand at this year’s TCT exhibition will be able to see examples of components manufactured in a wide range of materials and also discuss the latest developments in Concept Laser’s range of LaserCUSING® systems.

ES Technology Limited and Concept Laser GmbH can be found on Stand K12 at TCT 2010– 19th and 20th October 2010 at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
