EuroBLECH Hall 12, Stand F48

At EuroBLECH this year LVD Company nv addresses a range of metalworking requirements with new laser cutting, punching, bending and automation products designed to balance price and performance and deliver high profitability. The LVD stand can be found in Hall 12, Stand F48.

Dynamic Laser Processing with Mid-level Automation System
Sirius 3015 Plus is an automation-ready flying optics CO2 laser cutting system that combines a dynamic machine with high laser beam quality for consistently accurate laser processing. The Sirius Plus at EuroBLECH will feature a 10-pallet Compact Tower (CT) system. An affordable, mid-level automation solution, the Compact Tower provides full capabilities for loading and unloading, featuring a shelving unit for storing raw material and finished parts.

High Productivity Strippit Punch Press with Compact Autoload Unit

The new Strippit VX-1225 makes its debut in Europe at EuroBLECH. The machine combines a high speed 20kN hydraulic ram with a large, versatile 48-station turret and innovative table design to provide the ultimate in high productivity output, delivering a productivity increase of up to 30% over previous generation Global machines. A new energy reductionsystem also makes it one of the world’s lowest energy consuming punch presses. The Strippit VX-1225 at EuroBLECH will be equipped with the new Strippit PA-1225 costeffective automatic load/unload unit.

Compact PPEC 50 Ton Press Brake
LVD’s new PPEC Compact Series of press brakes is unveiled at EuroBLECH. On display will be a 50 ton, 2.0 meter press brake. These smaller tonnage PPEC machines achieve bending speeds up to 20 mm per second, providing fast, accurate bending of smaller piece parts.

Advanced Bending Technology Featuring Patented Easy-Form® Laser
In all, LVD will showcase three press brakes, from the cost-effective Compact Series to the advanced, high performance Easy-Form® Series press brake, including an Easy-Form 320 ton/4 meter press brake and Easy-Form Turbo 135 ton/3 meter model.

All Easy-Form Series press brakes feature LVD’s patented Easy-Form® Laser in process angle correction and monitoring system. This unique, patented system uses a twin laser camera system mounted at the front and rear of the tooling set to monitor the angle of the bend in real time, providing instant feedback to the CADMAN® Touch control, thus ensuring parts are formed to the correct angle from the first bend. The system minimizes set ups, eliminates scrap and reworking. It is award-winning technology that is proven accurate and reliable by more than 1250 users.
